Our story
WHO WE ARE
Studio Chiriotti & A SRL S.t.p. was founded in 1961 in Canelli (Piedmont-Italy) by Surveyor Francesco Chiriotti and has since operated in Northern Italy, first in a context of strong economic boom and, since 2014, in an area declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The Studio is led by Architect Fabio Chiriotti, the founder’s son, and Architect Lucrezia Ariano, who has been working with the firm since 2016 and became a partner in 2022. It also manages a network of multidisciplinary professionals specializing in architectural design at all levels.
WHAT WE DO
Over the years, the Studio has worked in various sectors, mainly industrial and residential architecture, but also nursing homes, senior residences, large-scale retail, retail outlets for wineries, and non-food items.
Studio Chiriotti & A SRL S.t.p. has been working on high-end residential projects in the UNESCO heritage area for many years, focusing on renovation, new construction, and interior design, primarily for clients from the USA, Germany, England, and Northern Europe (Denmark, Sweden, Norway), with project budgets ranging from € 300,000 to €3-4 million per
